Yoga teaches that where ever there is energy there is movement. Where there is movement there is life. Where there is life there is development. Where there is development there is success. There is a God’s light in every life. Everything was created by God who is the source of all things – this is called “Sanatana Dharma” or eternal religion. Sanatana means relationship and Dharma means duty – we should realise our relationship with God. Yoga is a path that leads into the unity with Him.
